Vendor Application

   • Due to high application volume, we curate selections to ensure the best experience for our guests.

2. Selection and Communication

   • Selected vendors will be contacted via email or WhatsApp.

   • Non-selected vendors will receive a notification email.

3. Compliance

   • Selected vendors must comply with the Terms and Conditions provided along with the invoice for each event.

   • Vendors must follow the theme and concept of each event, maintain a good attitude, follow instructions, and communicate through the vendor's WhatsApp group for any concerns.

Crew Application

1. Application Process

   • Crew applications are reviewed and selected based on our criteria.

2. Selection and Communication

   • Selected applicants will be contacted by our administrator.

   • Non-selected applicants will remain in our selection pool for future events.

3. Compliance

   • Selected crew members must behave professionally, follow instructions, maintain a good appearance, be punctual, prioritize discipline, and communicate through the crew's WhatsApp group.

Venue Hosting Collaboration

1. Collaboration Offers

   • We welcome collaboration or sponsorship offers for hosting venues.

2. Marketing and Recognition

   • We ensure that the venue/place/location/building is recognized by our visitors.

   • We provide good marketing for the collaborator's brand.

3. Proposals

   • Collaboration or sponsorship proposals can be sent to our email: hello@pasarsera.com.

General Terms
