TERMS & CONDITIONS — PASAR SERA RAYA LUCKY DRAW
1.1 Customers will receive one (1) dynamic QR code for each purchase with a minimum spend of RM10 at any vendor booth during Pasar Sera Raya.
1.2 Each QR code earns one (1) digital stamp.
1.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete personal details in the registration form to ensure eligibility.
1.4 A total of four (4) digital stamps are required to unlock one (1) lucky draw entry.
1.5 Participants must follow both Instagram accounts @yayasan_pahang and @pasarsera to be eligible for the lucky draw. Pasar Sera reserves the right to verify this requirement before prizes are awarded.
2.1 Winners for the regular (small) lucky draw prizes will be selected every night throughout the event (three nights in total).
2.2 Winners will be contacted on the same day and must collect their prize during event hours.
2.3 If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize on the same day, the prize will be carried forward to the next day’s draw.
2.4 Small lucky draw prizes may still be awarded after 7:00 PM on the final day, as participants may continue to collect stamps through purchases made during the event.
3.1 For the grand prizes, five (5) finalists will be selected and contacted at 7:00 PM on the final day of Pasar Sera Raya.
3.2 Only the registered participant with complete details in the entry form will be contacted.
3.3 The selected participant must be physically present at the venue to participate in a short game that will determine which grand prize each finalist will receive.
3.4 No substitute representatives are allowed.
3.5 Winners must present a valid IC or identification document for verification. The identity must match the registered entry before participating in the game or claiming the prize.
3.6 Organizers may verify that the participant follows both required Instagram accounts before allowing participation in the grand prize game.
4.1 Participants must ensure that their QR codes and stamps are successfully scanned and recorded.
4.2 Invalid, duplicated, altered, or unreadable QR codes will not be counted.
4.3 Pasar Sera reserves the right to request receipts or proof of purchase if suspicious or duplicate entries are detected.
5.1 Participation is not open to Pasar Sera crew members, Pasar Sera Raya vendors, Yayasan Pahang staff, or any parties directly involved in the event’s operations.
6.1 Personal data collected will be shared strictly among event partners for internal processing and future event development.
6.2 Personal data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
7.1 Pasar Sera and its partners are not responsible for technical issues such as internet failure, device malfunction, or scanning errors that may affect participation.
8.1 Pasar Sera reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the lucky draw mechanics or prizes due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.2 All selections are made through a digital randomizer system developed by Pasar Sera, and the results are final.
9.1 By participating in this lucky draw, participants are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
